FAQ
Common Questions
If your question isn't here, send us the details and we'll answer it along with your quote.
How much does an eviction cleanout cost?
Most jobs in the Rockford area run $99 to $650. Final price depends on volume, whether furniture and appliances are involved, and access to the unit. You get a flat quote before any crew is scheduled, not an hourly rate that can run over.
Do you need to walk through the unit before quoting a price?
No. A description of what's left behind, or a few photos, is enough for a flat quote. We only visit in person to do the work.
How fast can you get a unit cleared out?
Same-week scheduling is standard once a court date or lockout notice is set. We build the schedule around that date rather than a general queue.
What's the difference between eviction, foreclosure, and hoarder cleanout?
Eviction cleanout is a rental unit after a court-ordered move-out or sheriff's lockout. Foreclosure cleanout is a vacated property going back to a bank. Hoarder cleanout is any property with heavier volume than a standard move-out, priced by the actual amount of stuff rather than a flat per-room rate.
What happens to the items you remove?
Everything left behind is hauled out and disposed of responsibly. If you need specific items set aside or handled differently, let us know before the job is scheduled.
What areas do you serve?
Rockford and the surrounding Winnebago and Boone County towns, including Loves Park, Machesney Park, Roscoe, Rockton, and Belvidere. See the full service area for details.
Do you work with property managers on multiple units?
Yes. Each unit gets its own flat quote and its own invoice, whether it's a single job or several in the same month across a portfolio.
Is there anything you can't remove?
This service covers standard eviction, foreclosure, and hoarder-level volume: furniture, trash, appliances, and personal property. It is not a biohazard or hazardous-materials remediation service. If a property needs that kind of work, tell us up front so we can point you to who handles it.
Need a unit cleared out?
Tell us the address, roughly what's left behind, and how soon you need it emptied. You get a fixed quote back, not a callback to schedule a callback.
